A beautiful, beguiled, young woman finds herself trapped inside of a women`s mental asylum controlled by a malevolent staff and supported by its loyal and imperious society members, so when she is forced to take part in a theatrical performance of "Roxana," required of the patients as a form of therapy, she must find a way to save herself and her dear friend, Alice, from the darkness and also come to terms with her past.
