Blinded by love is an urban drama that takes place in the Bronx in the streets of New York City during the school semester on the campus of Lehman College. In this story we meet a young couple by the name of Jose and Destiny. Destiny has hopes and dreams to become a famous hip hop dancer and Jose has some what of a dream to become a famous basketball player. In this story we learn about the young couples romance and issues faced with domestic violence and anger. Jose coming from an alcohol abuse household carries the burden of being the only child and exposed to his parents act of violence and drug use. This behavior he lives with at home only leads him to poor decision making, anger outrages, and leaving Destiny as the victim to this behavior. With no family to turn too the only support Destiny has is her friends whose decision for her best interest is her last option.
