Jobless, single, and above all, penniless, the desperate good-for-nothings, Sougias, Akakios, and Frixos, come up with an ambitious, last-minute plan to make an easy buck. As the bosom buddies start converting Sougias' decrepit ancestral mansion to a discotheque, the boys unearth a wooden chest crammed with rare artefacts and a worn-out fifteenth-century deed stating that his great-great-great-grandfather was the owner of the entire island of Cyprus. However, as the blissful trio arrives in the sunny island to claim ownership of the land, three dangerously seductive female agents, two Greek girls and a Turkish temptress, have set their sights on retrieving the precious legal document. Will the three friends finally make their dream come true?
