A young scientist, chemical specificity, looking for work. He goes first to a small craft, personal family business form, run by a woman and the organizational level is elementary. The young leaves and fully disappointed. Then he gets a job in a factory of a multinational company, where things are very different, under the direction of an American CEO. Here, the mechanism is more efficient but impersonal. In the new environment, the hero begins to slowly alienated. As gradually becomes perfect boss, finds that loses his humanity, is absorbed from the system, and disgusted with himself and the poor outcome of his professional path.
