A special musical group or solo artists guest hosts and/or are interviewed by the hosts about their careers and upcoming projects, sharing their habits, and life philosophies with the host and young college-age adult viewers at home. Personal, social, and academic issues such as weight-loss, time management, dating and skills needed to succeed a career in general are all discussed.
