Unfolding in Finsland, a rural town of Southern Norway in the summer 1978, the film tells the gripping story of a troubled 19-year old man who was working as a fireman and became overwhelmed with an urge to destroy. The teenager started setting properties on fire over the course of one month, causing tremendous damage before getting arrested.
