In the late-80s and early-90s, the prosecutors Giovanni Falcone and Paulo Borsellino went after the mob in Sicily. Political corruption made their job difficult, while the bloody-fisted mob made it dangerous. Interviews are with surviving colleagues and the crime photographer, Letizia Battaglia. Archival footage, including that of a spectacular trial, and gruesome photographs are shown.
