Los Hermanos was a Brazilian "modern rock" band that immediately caught the imagination of its home country upon forming in the late 1990s. After 4 albums in the decade that followed, lead singer and primary songwriter called it a day and embarked on a solo career. This DVD is a live recording from the very last show that the band played, on June 9, 2007, in Rio de Janeiro. "Na Fundicao Progresso" brings in essence a 'greatest hits live' from Los Hermanos. When opening track "Dois Barcos" crashes in, what is remarkable is how you can hear the crowd sing along with every word, and it stays like that on pretty much every song on here. Other highlights for me on here include "Alem Do Que Se Ve", "Retrato Pra Iaia", "O Vencedor", "Cara Estranho" and" Anna Julia". the breakthough hit of the band from its 1999 debut album.
