Age is just a number, right? If you live and work in Hollywood, then age is probably more than just a number; it's probably an obstacle as well. Why isn't Ageism considered a diversity issue? Is it so ingrained in our culture that we fail to notice, let alone make attempts to change it? This question prompts the most important question of all: what can we do, as both professionals in the industry and consumers in this culture, to shift the prevailing stereotypes and to both create and demand entertainment which values all stages of life.
