Hillary, single, mid-40's woman living in NYC is desperate to get married. She struggles to come to terms with her unrealistic expectations of relationships and love with a variety of characters. A sub-plot involves Lucas, Hillary's 15 year old next door neighbor. Abandoned by his mother at 4, Lucas has a hobby, turned obsession, of photographing homeless people searching for his mom.
