After Sally Pearson, a Husky/Kishu Inu dog, meets a Chihuahua named Chica Rodriguez, they become best friends and then learn more about each other as well as their other friends and family they invite, including Remy, Raya, Lily, and Sally's older sister, Bellatrix.
