Timothy Rhys，Tim Rhys was born in Bangor, Maine and raised in Connecticut and Maine. His mother was a school teacher whose maiden name was Linda Petrillo. His father, Eugene W. Rice, was a Navy Frogman and marathon runner who worked in the insurance industry. He has a younger brother, Jonathan, a teacher and father of seven.
