Arthur Riscoe，A one time rubber-faced star of comedy theatre from the mid 1910s, starred in a series of four short 'Will O' Wisp' comedy films directed by Cecil Mannering for the British Gaumont Film Company in 1920 the first of which was 'Horatio's Deception'.
