Norman Berry，An articulate rap artist, actor and humanitarian. Chill E.B. was born in Jacksonville, NC but spent most of his childhood in Germany. Following high school Chill E.B. served in the US Army. Standing 6 foot 5 inches tall the Veteran received a basketball scholarship to Lon Morris Junior College and East Texas State University.
