Billy Acquaviva Jr.，Billy Acquaviva was born and raised in Utica, New York. He attended St. Peter's Elementary School, then moved on to Notre Dame North Jr. High School, and finally to Notre Dame High School. After graduation, Billy went on to attend Herkimer County Community College, then after 2 years, transfered to Ithaca College, in Ithaca.
