Joe Bernier，Joe sang for different rock bands to include Rest in Peace, Stingray, and ultimately ended up with Tokyo Rose. From there he entered the University of New Mexico studying English. Upon graduation from UNM, Joe studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
