D·斯科特·伊斯顿，D. Scott Easton was born in San Francisco, the son of Bud & Mary Alice Easton, a 4th generation San Franciscan. The family moved across the bay to Hayward. His father started a chicken-raising business as a hobby and then went full-time and moved the family to the west-side of Fresno to start a 125,000 chicken ranch.
