Scott Martin Brooks，A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a teen Scott studied TV and commercial acting at the JBTV school of acting, run by John Barth - the original "Tidy Bowl Man". Scott and director Charles Stone III, also a Philadelphia native, met when they were teenagers, and remain close.
