Elaine Carroll，Born in New York City and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Elaine earned her BFA in acting at Marymount Manhattan College. While there, she co-founded the internet comedy group Dutch West, where she created videos for Turner, Comedy Central, and CollegeHumor.
