Jeremy Lowe was born on April 24, 1970 in Bethesda, Maryland. His mother Kaaren Kerrigan and father Billy Lowe split before he was born. Kaaren moved both Jeremy and older brother Keith to Montgomery Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland where his mother worked as a hairdresser, and raised the boys alone.
