Lee Zagari is of both Persian and French ethnicity. His father comes from a Persian ancestry, while his mother has a French background. He was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana during the mid summer of 1981. At the age of seven, Lee moved with his mother and one brother to the small town of Asheville, North Carolina.
