Eric Larson was born in Gilroy, California. He received an AA degree in Broadcasting and a BA degree in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University in 1982. He continued studying with acting coach Jean Shelton in Berkeley, CA and with famed acting coach Jeff Corey in Los Angeles.
