Renate Hoy，Renate Anita Huy was born in Germany and originally came to the United States for the first Miss Universe contest. Thereafter, she was signed to Universal and made several films during the 1950s. She had two children, Rock Halsey and Tracy Leigh Simpson, with actor Brett Halsey.
