Lon Rosen，Rosen graduated from the University of Southern California in 1981. While still studying at USC, he interned with the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings in 1980-81. Upon graduating, he worked as Director of Promotions for the Forum and the Lakers from 1981 to 1987.
