Carl Timms，Carl was born in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and is a graduate of the BA (Hons) Film Studies degree at Sheffield Hallam University. At only age 22 he raised the finances to make a documentary about the Occupation of the Channel Islands in World War 2, In Toni's Footsteps, which has gone on to retail all over the world on DVD.
