Harvey Lisberg is an impresario, now living in California U.S.A. but originally from Manchester U.K. He got his first break at the age of 23 when he discovered Hermans Hermits who he agreed to manage. He signed the band to Mickie Most`s RAK label who produced their massive hit "I`m Into Something Good".
