Spencer Maxwell is a young filmmaker who grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. He has made hundreds of videos as well as dozens of short films with his friends throughout most of his life. He is currently (September 2013) releasing his feature-length film, Corrupted Youth as a web series on Youtube through his company, MaxEnd Films.
