Kelsey Packwood is a Jamaican American actress from Seattle, Washington. Kelsey starred in her first feature film "BFE" which was filmed in Post Falls, Idaho. "BFE" received the award for Best Ensemble Acting at the Sarasota Film Festival in 2014.
