Josh Welsh (born Joshua Stephen Welsh) is an up and coming Canadian actor. Born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada to Stephen and Shelley Welsh, Josh started acting at a fairly young age. At the age of 9, he starred in his first theatrical production of "Oliver!", playing the role of a chorus boy.
