Paulo Chavarria Serrano，Paulo Chavarría (b. 1979) was born in Costa Rica, and graduated with honors in Social Communications Sciences at the Universidad de Costa Rica, and also upon receiving his Masters degree in Screenwriting at the University of Bergen, Norway.
