Cesar Erba is a Canadian actor. He was born on January 15, 1987, and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Both his parents are of Chilean descent. They both separately immigrated at a young age to North America in the late 70's, in an attempt to escape a military dictatorship that took over Chile in 1973.
