Nicole Schatz is a Southern California native born in Mission Viejo and has Japanese, Norwegian, French, Irish, and German ancestry. She has been riding horses competitively since she was 5 years old and played varsity tennis in high school. She has a strong background in ballet, jazz and lyrical dance.
