Joe Dalo，Joseph (Joe) Dalo, is an American born actor, comic, special effects builder and designer who was born in Philadelphia, PA, on August 19, 1966. He is a series regular and the special effects designer for the show CODE:9 on the Disney Channel. Joe started acting in school plays at his high school, Triton Regional, in Runnemede NJ.
