Gledis Cinque made her film debut in Mira Nair's 2004 feature Vanity Fair. After this first experience, she continued studying acting gaining a diploma at Centro Studi Teatro Carcano in Milan in 2007 and attending various courses at RADA, NYFA (LA) and Stella Adler Studio of Acting (NYC).
