Bill Bernico，Born William George Bernico July 17, 1950 (exactly 51 years after James Cagney) Bill moved around quite often as a child. He finally settled back in his home town of Sheboygan, Wisconsin and started his first teen band at age 15. By the time he was 21, Bill caught the acting bug and moved to Hollywood, trying to break into movies.
