Spencer T. Folmar is an independent filmmaker. Founded and is the president of SpenceTF Productions, Independent Film Company. Graduated from West Branch Area high school in Morrisdale, PA. Then went onto graduate from Grove City College with a bachelor degree in Communication Studies.
