Richard D. Moore，Rich was born in Arlington, Texas and moved to the small town of Quinlan, Tx at age 4. He played many sports growing up, but especially excelled in football. After a short stint playing Div. II college football at Texas A&M University, Rich attended and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
