Eddy Howard，Singer, songwriter ("Careless", "A Million Dreams Ago"), conductor, composer and guitarist, educated at San Jose State College and at Stanford University's medical school. He appeared in a number of hotels and night clubs, and sang with the Dick Jurgens dance band, finally leading his own band in 1941, with which he made many records.
