Daniel Kuttner，Dan Kuttner was born of German immigrants. His father was a musician, a Cantor in a Jewish Temple and an orchestra conductor. His mother gave lectures about the Holocaust. When Dan was 14, his family moved from Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Omaha, Nebraska.
