Bill Finegan，Composer, arranger, conductor, and co-leader (with Eddie Sauter) of the Sauter-Finegan Orchestra, 1952-1957. He studied music at the Paris Conservatory, and privately with Rudolph Wintrop, Elizabeth Connolly, Stefan Wolpe, and Valerie Soudere.
