Joe Bishop，Composer ("Blue Prelude", "Jealousy", "Blue Flame", "At the Woodchoppers Ball", "Blue Evening"), arranger, tuba player, educated at Hendrix College. He played tuba in the Isham Jones and Sam Katz bands, and others. In 1936, he helped form the Woody Herman Orchestra.
